These terms of service ("the Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you (either an individual or entity) and Primefield Group Pte Ltd, a Singapore registered limited company, having its registered office at Singapore, 82 Genting Lane #05-09, SPH Media Centre, Singapore 349567 ("Primefield Group Pte Ltd"). You are in the process of using the services owned by Primefield ("Primefield's Services") and provided to you under these terms and conditions and any amendments thereto and any operating rules or policies that may be published from time to time by Primefield.

BY USING THE PRIMEFIELD'S SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.


1.RESTRICTIONS
You shall not use any Primefield's Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes or for the transmission of any material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, slanderous, libellous, obscene, threatening, harmful, that portrays any person in a false light, that constitute an invasion of any right to privacy or an infringement on any right to publicity, that gives rise to any breach of contract involving any third party or to any business tort or similar claim of a third party or any violation of any local or foreign, federal, state or local statute or regulation, or that otherwise can be reasonably likely to expose Primefield or its agents to criminal or civil actions, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another, or for the transmission of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of messages or use any Primefield's Services to collect or harvest personal information about other users or for any other objectionable purposes.


2. TERM
Primefield may in its sole discretion terminate this Agreement and your account with Primefield at any time without notice, if it believes you have in any way breach any terms and conditions of this Agreement or violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement or violated the rights of Primefield or other users or third parties, provided that if such termination without notice is expressly prohibited by any applicable law, then such termination shall occur based upon notice from Primefield in the event of any breach. 3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

4. LIMITATION
To use the Primefield's services, you shall provide for your own access to the World Wide Web and pay any service fees associated with such access, and provide all equipment necessary for you to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem. You hereby acknowledge that Primefield provides no assistance, including any technical or customer support, to you, and that your use of the Primefield Services is of your own volition.


5. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
You shall provide, or you acknowledge that you have provided, true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in the Customer Registration form ("User Data") and to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Primefield has the right to terminate this Agreement and refuse to provide any and all current or future Primefield Services to you.

6. VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Primefield may at its sole discretion change the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time. You shall be notified of any such changes by a start-up screen describing the changes. By clicking on the "I Accept" button that follows the posted changes, you agree to be bound by the modification to this Agreement. If you do not click the "I Accept" button, you will not be entitled to use the changes in the Primefield's Services. ANY AND ALL TERMS HEREIN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CALLING RATES, CAN BE CHANGED OR OTHERWISE MODIFIED BY PRIMEFIELD GROUP WITHOUT ANY REASONS WHATSOEVER.


7. PRIVACY POLICY
Primefield considers any and all messages transmitted via the Primefield's Services to be private communication between you and your intended recipient. Primefield will not monitor, edit or disclose the content of your private communications, except in the following circumstances: as required by law; to comply with legal process; is necessary to enforce this Agreement; to respond to claims that you violated the rights of third-parties; or to protect the rights or property of Primefield or others. Primefield does not endorse the content of any of your transmissions/communications and Primefield shall not be responsible or liable for any unlawful, harassing, libellous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, of otherwise objectionable content, or content that infringes or may infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of another.


8. ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the PIN and/or password, and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You shall immediately notify Primefield Group at info@primefieldgroup.com of any unauthorized use of your PIN and/or password or account or any other breach of security. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you shall notify your credit card provider immediately.
